Such a joyful final week teaching my music courses at Wensum Lodge, Norwich for Adult Learning Will miss all the lovely learners who have progressed so well in beginners guitar, ukulele and singing for well-being. Rewarding to receive such positive feedback too. Very bittersweet, being the last sessions I’ll teach at Wensum Lodge – the Music House is also one of the first places where I performed – huge thanks to all the staff there for their kind assistance. Excited to share that I will be performing at the excellent First Light Lowestoft in sunny Suffolk on Sunday 18th June. Among its amazing and eclectic line-up is Eliza Carthy and Tom McRae – two incredible artists that I have had the honour of opening for. Full line up at https://firstlightlowestoft.com

It’s been really fun putting together this little video of images and clips from various TV shows and film projects I have worked on. I have really enjoyed the process of filming and exploring another creative outlet, as well as getting to wear fabulous costumes!

More Singing for Wellbeing Courses, Music and Drama Education Expo

Singing for Wellbeing Course at Earlham Library, Norwich

It’s lovely to be running more Singing for Wellbeing courses. To see learners returning from last year’s courses and feel their enjoyment of singing together is truly rewarding. My course at Wensum Lodge is fully booked but there are still a few spaces left for sessions at Earlham Library which started last Wednesday. For further details and to book take a look at the Adult Learning website I’ve also had a great term teaching Ukulele for Improvers and it’s been so exciting seeing learners progress after attending the Ukulele for Beginners course last year.

I recently had a very inspiring and fun day at the Music & Drama Education Expo It was great to connect with others in #music #teaching play guitar and ukulele with Rockschool and lovely to stop by to see friends at The Musicians’​ Union
