This is Lisa Redford´s (from England) first release from 2003. She is a singer-songwriter who has recorded this CD in Norwich. She has gotten a lot of positive words from critics in the UK and I can see why. Lisa has a good voice and the songs are very good singer-songwriter songs. The only artist I can find some resemblence to is Mary Lou Lord. I haven’t heard of any of the British musicians before, but they do a perfect job with Lisa´s styleful music. This has 12 songs, all written by Redford…the following songs stand out among the rest. “Turn Away”, “Don´t Tell Me”, “Slipstream”, “Carolina Rain”, “Lot Of Love”, “Hope Never Dies” and “Hand To Hold”.
