Just back from the first mini tour which included dates in Farnham and Bucks supporting the brilliant American songwriter Kevin Welch.\u00a0Singers like\u00a0Ricky Skaggs,\u00a0Moe Bandy,\u00a0Waylon Jennings, Patty Loveless,Garth Brooks,\u00a0Trisha Yearwood and\u00a0Don Williams have all covered his material and it was inspiring to witness his effortless guitar playing, consummate storytelling and warmth.<\/p>\n

Next it’s onto Cambridgeshire where I’ve just heard that my headline gig there for Rhythm at the River <\/a>on May 4th\u00a0is sold out!<\/p>\n
