It&#8217;s judged by artists such as Bastille, Lorde, Donovan, Chris Cornell, Ziggy Marley, Tom Waits, Keane, Ryan Bingham and Rickie Lee Jones while previous winners include Passenger, Bastille, Kimbra and Vance Joy.
